Before you begin, please note these requirements:

Players must have a valid USA Lacrosse member number which must expire no earlier than May 2027. Start here to acquire or renew your USA Lacrosse credentials for $35: USA LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP
FOR PLAYERS IN 7TH GRADE AND ABOVE: A Physical Participation form must be uploaded upon registration. The form must be signed by a physician and dated after April 15, 2026. You can use a physician's form or DOWNLOAD AISD PPE FORM HERE
DO NOT UPLOAD FORM TO RANK ONE--You must upload a copy of your completed physical to this registration.
