The Bowie Women's Varsity Lacrosse Team recently finished an excellent, winning season with a 10-3 season record and finished second in the Texas Central District. The Bowie girls ended up ranked #8 in the state of Texas – their highest finish ever. The following Bowie players were recognized at the 2009 District Play-Off Tournament:
